I have been communicating with yourselves since I received my phone at the end of December about returning the phone as it isn’t fit for purpose for what I need and I immediately had issues with sound etc. I asked to send it back and the person replying to me agreed that I’d get a full refund after Fed ex had been arranged to collect it. Since then I have emailed twice in the last 3 weeks and no replies. I still haven’t had anything from Fed Ex to collect it and my current phone isn’t working properly and I need to refund to be able to replace my current phone. I paid for the Furi Labs phone on 3rd November 2025 and as you can understand I am very frustrated. Please reply to me asap. Thanks 🙏🏻
