VAT, GST and Customs etc

VAT and Customs will be required to be paid by the customer eith at the time of checkout or when notified by your last mile carrier.

Make sure your shipping details have your phone number, email for the couriers to call / sms you.

Please Note: We DON'T control what your country charges you when you buy something from overseas. Some countries like Germany and other EU countries can have large costs associated with shipping.

Our Shipping Methods

We offer a global flat fee per 500g.

We have a single USD flat fee shipping rates for the phone and accessories.

Best provider per country

• $27 per 500g or value under $40
• UPS with no customs/duties paid - You will have to pay once it lands in your country. This will delay your order.
• UPS with customs/duties paid

Shipping Cost

The delivery cost will be calculated automatically when placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, the order in your account will be updated with tracking information, allowing you to monitor its route and know when to expect delivery.
