I can't stand this keyboard. Is there a simpler one available? How do I change the system keyboard?

The options what work ootb with Phosh are Phosh-OSK-Stevia (same as Phosh-OSK-Stub but new name) and squeekboard.
Squeaakboard has packagin issue from upstream and it is not recommended to use it before that is fixed - so for a while you need to stay with Stevia.
So for now = use Stevia. When squeekboard is fixed feel free to try that.
If you are very experimental this works also in Phosh but needs heavy manual tweaking and it does not difference much for squeekboard.
