Automatic dim screen and blank screen after inactivity is broken

After the last update, screen no longer go dim / blank after inactivity. We have to press the lock button always.

The issue is 99% sure some android app what is inhibiting - for me it is Whatsapp which creates tons of inhibitors and I have no idea why.

Check with: gnome-session-inhibit -l
It will tell you what is preventing dim and blank
