Currently image viewer can only open an image at a time and we have to guess by file name / time stamp, whereas in Android gallery apps, we can easily see images as thumbnails and easy to scroll through them. Even nautilus is not showing any image thumbnails. Best option would be for current image viewer to show a gallery view or install another app that has this feature. Compared to android, the current photo viewing / sharing experience is very limited / primitive.

It is not perfect solution but my script gen-thumbnails will automaticly and silently in the background generates thumbnails for example to Nautilus
One missing feature in fotema is lack of zoom support and basic editing like rotate/crop. For now we need to click info on top, open folder in file manager (it selects the image), then open image viewer from there.
