I found in FAQ “Plug in a USB-C cable to your computer and then ssh furios@192.168.0.2. (You may need to go Settings > System > Secure Shell and toggle it on.)” I you toggle on, you get the message that there is no SSH server. Do sudo apt install openssh-server. Plugging a USB cable gives no network. I found the instruction to sudo apt install furios-devtools hybris-usb adaptation-hybris-devtools -y. But hybris-usb doesn’t exist. I did sudo apt install usb-tethering. Bingo. I got an Ethernet over USB. My FLX1s is not at all 192.168.0.2 but 10.15.19.82. Re-bingo. I can ssh furios@10.15.19.82. Further, I created my SSH key and did copy it to the phone (ssh-copy-id furios@10.15.19.82). This allows to SSH into the phone without reentering the PIN each time. Got this animal this morning. Look good. Should I call this a smart fawn?
@dominiquem Hi. happy that you are enjoying the phone. yes, we are updating the FAQ to use the new usb-tethering package. is this thread good to mark as solved?
