Because my phone is faulty l tried to reboot the phone back to factory settings in hope it will fix the faults I'm having, but it asks for a password??? Why??? And were do you get this password from??? Thanks

@highrisedoom I am a n00b here but it should be your lock screen password/PIN. It took me a while to figure out that is the also the user/root password
