APN configuration for Free (France) does specify wrongly a username and a password. It should be left empty for this provider. It blocks the data connection to uplink.
One can change the setting manually but it will be back at next update...

You can change it in: /usr/share/mobile-broadband-provider-info/serviceproviders.xml
