you can uninstall apps by first removing their meta package: sudo apt install --allow-remove-essential furios-phosh-full then remove the package you want I do not recommend this myself as removing the meta package means you will not receive any of the new packages that may be added in the future.
if an application does not open the keyboard automatically you can hold on the navigation bar to open the keyboard manually
