you have to get in contact with us through matrix and/or telegram and get remote debugging help. otherwise we can't really help since "doesn't work" is not a very useful description of an issue

Update: Thanks to fakeshell and some remote trouble shooting, it does work now much more in line of what it used to do <13.0.8, there is still the occasional toggle mobile data when transitioning between networks and there was low reception after wake from suspend. The airplane mode toggle which I had been using since then is not needed anymore. However, with vpn wireguard, the airplane mode toggle is still needed (wasn't necessary with <13.0.8).
