There is a huge difference between updates shown in the Software Store and through apt in Terminal. Why and which one should we do?

Devices shipped initially had FuriOS 13.0.0, a bug was found in packagekit running on that version which blocked updates from the software store (which was fixed upstream a month later). We also had some issues with signing keys.
after updating the device from the terminal once, then software store should just like apt from terminal. please follow my post here:
