I'm using Ting, which uses T-Mobile's network.
When my phone is connected to 5G, I can't use data. Calls and SMS still work.
I turned off all of the 5G bands, and my data works fine. Is this a known issue?
I can gather more data if needed.
@captfuri we are working on 5G integration for T-Mobile. device has all the bands but there is a software issue preventing it from functioning correctly.
Gotcha. Is there somewhere online that I can follow the status of that?
