Settings app don't show option to set timezone inside the container. Ideally it should be synced from the host. So in FairEmail the timezone is UTC and not my local time.

Today I had more updates and now timezone is synced from host on waydroid restart, this is good enough (as we don't need to change this often).

this was one of the requested features from some of the guys who help with QA. the 13.0.4 release will bring support for this and sync with android on container start which is very neat.

I can confirm time zone option is now available in android settings, but it is not synced from host settings.

please check if you are on the latest images ("apt update && apt upgrade" should say)
