I ordered a flx1s yesterday, and currently logged on my phone. I cannot login on my computer, it says my account need to be activated but I do not receive the validation email. I did check the spam folder. I tried multiple times.
I also tried using the contact form on the website, but it says 'cannot send your message, please try again later'.
I hope it won't prevent me from receiving my order when it starts shipping !
I ordered in mid Oct and had the same experience ie no activation email received on order, contact form error above (despite repeated attempts over several weeks to try to contact Furilabs) and whilst the website processed my payment ok (I paid immediately) I couldn't ever log back into it to check my order status and to date my phone is not yet received.
However, I want to thank Wayne from Furilabs. I reached out on Matrix chat yesterday and he fixed these account/order issues so that my Furilabs account now works, I can log in, the contact form then worked for me and my order now appears in my account. Much appreciated and looking forward to the phone now.
A quick general thank you too. I think what Furilabs is doing (seemingly working hard on technically and logistically difficult tasks to bring 'usable' linux phones to the market) is a truly fantastic thing for the global community - thank you to all Furilabs!
