The only showstopper of my FLX1 I found so far is that mobile data (Vodafone in Germany) is not working (also indicated by the ! in the signal strength indicator). I had to set the APN by hand, but no change.
I tried several settings from 2G to 5G, the phone always displays 2.75G. What is this?

This returns: "error: couldn't set initial EPS bearer properties" (as normal user and as root).

Yes, the developers of the phone itself. They have the source code for everything, down to the modem, although I don't believe they can share the source code publicly.

Hi Everyone, apologies that no-one has replied to this. It is ironic as we are working on fixing it.
Update 13.0.3 will be on schedule for 3 weeks time and will have SMS over 4G/5G (crucial for where no 3G fallback is possible) and USA bands.
The German and France issues don't appear to be hard solutions and may possibly be solved by the update 13.0.2. Please replort back if that is/isn't the case. We have a very high level of confidence that all will be resolved in a very short time.

If I run update from the "Software" app (that's how I update), I have 13.0.2 after a reboot?
Or do I need to do something else because I see no "Assistant button" in the "Settings" app (on top level).
If I run apt update / upgrade many more packages are offered. Afterwards, the "Assistant button" is there, but no change for Mobile data. Is there a way to delete APNs?
You shouldn't have to run apt commands in the console but you can. It's no different to the software store.
APN. At the moment you can update to replace but not delete. I will log a feature request for that.
I will get back to you regarding the data as that should work in your country. Please give me about 12h.

for me the latest updates have improved mobile data in Germany significantly. The UI still has a tendency to claim 2.75G but mobile data works with an acceptable speed - hard to tell whether it's limited by signal strength or furios.
Sometimes the phone is confused whether it's roaming or not. If that happens I have to switch mobile data and/or roaming on/off until it works. I can live with that. My pinephone has the same issue.
I use 'apt update && apt upgrade' anyway so I can't comment on whether there is a difference to the software center.

Or did you find out what the problem was for the other german/french users and is it simple to reproduce the fix? Can I help by posting any logs/command outputs here?

Found Furilab's github and that was enough to push me over the edge and purchase one of these. I have long been a fan of Sailfish OS which is another halium/hybris OS, but currently living in the US and not readily having access to a Sailfish supported phone meant it was a no go (no VoLTE on unsupported phones).
Seeing US bands coming in the next update is fantastic, as well as fixing EU bands (I will be there in the coming months). Not sure if this only applies to data or VoLTE as well, but I am hopeful VoLTE is a top priority.
