User had to toggle android service on/off to restore full screen scaling.
What I have seen is mostly that in portrait the bottom is cut off (in launched android apps), as if it thinks the screen ends where phosh OSK begins, what i have also seen is that the right side is cutoff while top and bottom is aligned.
In both cases restarting android service restores proper display scaling of the containerized android apps.
This happens with 275%, or 300% scaling.
