Text messages work in Element X, but clicking the camera icon in a chat hangs the app. If camera and mic permissions are granted, the entire app hangs and completely breaks. For now element works well for text and audio (though audio seems only via speaker, no option to change output device). But soon element will be replaced by element X, so this would be a problem. Current native option Fractal don't have audio support and nheko cannot login (it is stuck at initial sync and then brings back to login screen if restarted - noticed same issue on Librem 5 as well).
Hi. I had no luck with nheko some months ago, but today it worked! I logged in with OIDC in firefox, when offered in nheko. The audio call icon in nheko can be used, but I have not tested yet.
is this still an issue as of 13.0.8?
