T-Mobile works with no issues in the east coast on the FLX. And Ting with T-Mobile backend also works well.
Canada: Rogers, Fido, Freedom Mobile
@fakeshell Doesn't work for me when using MVNO using Mint (T-Mobile) USA, while roaming in Canada on international plan. It detects and shows connected to EDGE 4G network, however mobile data is not possible and it doesn't show as registered. It does allow SMS and Calls, but requires reboot every time to work once. Also in that state turning off mobile connection from quick settings becomes frozen, does not turn off, when you do get it to turn off you cannot turn it back on in mobile settings, turning off airplane mode button does not do anything.
Germany: Congstar (prepaid, T-mobile based/owned MVNO)
Currently a manual 'nmcli c up "Congstar Internet" ' is needed every few days but a real fix is in preparation.
UK - Lebara (Vodafone), out of box.
India - Vi, works most of the time. If idle for sometime sometimes call is missed. Data connection sometimes breaks and don't auto reconnect, but a few toggling of data on and off usually work.

Germany: Telekom
I've been traveling a lot, so for each country I am adding if I was roaming or had an actual local SIM card. On all mentioned networks the FLX1 achieved the highest network speed available (some countries like Panama still don't have 5G at all). Coverage was comparable to other standard 5G phones. If my FLX1 didn't get a good signal, everybody else on the same network usually also didn't have a good time.
Austria (Roaming with German Telefonica SIM): A1, Magenta Telekom, Drei/3
Colombia (local SIM): Claro
Costa Rica (local SIMs): Kölbi and Claro (go to a physical store run by the operator and let them register and activate the SIM card. Don't bother with trying it yourself, it's a nightmare and the FLX1 is not at fault)
El Salvador (local SIM): Tigo
Germany (local SIMs): AldiTalk (Telefonica MVNO), Blau.de (O2 MVNO)
Italy (Roaming with German Telefonica SIM): TIM, Wind Tre, Iliad (while roaming I had infrequent data disconnects, turning data on/off was sufficient to fix it)
Panama (local SIM): Tigo
Spain (Roaming with German Telefonica SIM): Movistar (while roaming I had frequent data disconnects, turning data on/off was sufficient to fix it)
