I cannot install Ubuntu Touch apps via the Software store. I followed the flash guide flashed the device and updated to 13.1.1. Still will not install. Gnome software finds the UT apps, hit install, it

reads Preparing... then after awhile returns to install button. Hit install button again same result, Preparing then back to install button. Any help appreciated
