It was a massive first year for us. The stress and uncertainty has been incredible and has really tested the mental health of us all. Personally, I am proud we are still here and that our beloved FLX1 is now onto it’s 6th monthly release and rocking FuriOS 13.0.6. 13.0.7 is in QA as of this post date.
Apart from technical highlights, we are amazed at the wonderful, smart and helpful community that is growing along with us. Our support channels are really a breath of fresh air that is full of positive people.

Below are some key 2024 accomplishments:

1. June Release in Brno
2. Regular monthly updates
3. Customer Support has become a part of the development pipeline
4. Shipping is fully automated
5. All major issues have been addressed
6. 4G and 5G global bands
7. Android App Support
8. Missing applications have mostly been added and developed such as a working Camera and Gallery app
9. Japan OSC Conference
   

While initially it seemed like a very challenging task, in the past 12 months, the FLX1 has had development in every stack and all issues addressed. Some of which includes, a stable MMS implementation, a working and functional VoLTE, VoNR and SMS over IMS implementation and support for US bands just to name a few.

FuriOS has had significant development and we now consider it stable for the FLX1. It has had all rough corners ironed out, all crashes investigated and all important missing features added in a way that is convenient to the user. A simplified version list of our changes can be found in our changelog, but in reality, the list of changes is way too long to even fit in our user facing changelog.

In our eyes the FLX1 became a real daily driver after the November update. It is now a “just works” device with passionate developers and a great community. This is evident from the reviews on our review page.
